As an infrastructure asset manager and civil engineer with over 3 decades of professional practice, my commitment has always been to provide effective and efficient planning and design for the built and natural environment. Beginning as a structural engineer in Massachusetts, and then a stormwater engineer and project manager with a majority of professional practice in the Pacific Northwest, I began asset management development and implementation in central Ohio, and continue that back home in Massachusetts. I currently chair the New England Water Environment Association’s Asset Management Committee, and my Boston area home town’s Conservation Commission.
