For the past 23 years, Annie Vanrenterghem Raven has been helping utilities create rehabilitation and replacement plans for water and wastewater buried linear assets, first as a researcher at New York University (NYU), then through infraPLAN, a firm she created in 2008. At NYU she was the principal investigator for research projects funded by the NSF and the USEPA. Those allowed her to play a pioneering role in the industry and introduce advanced analytical approaches. She is a frequent speaker and participant at national conferences, workshops, and forums, and the author of numerous technical papers.
